Brigadier General A.J.Turner, G.0.C. Vologda Force, writes:

"This Officer did extremely well as Supply and Transport

Officer of the Vologda Force. At one time he acted as 0.0.

R.A.S.C. of the Force and showed great commonsense and grasp of the situation and handled the complex questions arising with

great credit."

Far Office Report. There is nothing recorded in this department

against Mr. Ha-lerigg, either as an officer or as a gentleman.

Replies from his referees have been satisfactory.

Interview. He made a favourable impression on being interviewed at this Office. Mr.Risley considered that he possessed the

requisite combination of good sense, knowledge of the world

and a sufficiency of legal experience.
